Capture the good stuff.
Hey friend, you're doing a lot. I know you care deeply. Yes, you're showing up. But it's easy to lose the moments that make your life feel like yours. This workshop is designed to help you slow you down. Pick up on those quiet joys, the sparks of curiosity and creativity, the things that feel good and keep it. Through these practices, you’ll build: a collection, an exhibit, an archive of your own wonder. It’s part memory-keeping, part reflection and part play. It is a reminder that your life is more than tasks and deadlines. Let this be your record of your good stuff.
In this workshop, you’ll become a collector, curator and archivist.
For those who love a good rabbit hole. The ones who ask strange questions and want to follow them. Who collect bits of humanness and memory just because they can - but maybe got a little lost along the way. In this workshop, you’ll become a collector, a curator, an archivist of your own wonder. You’ll gather, witness, and create small moments of meaning explore the stories they tell you, and learn how to hold onto them.

Hi, I’m Julie
I help creatives and dreamers figure out what actually feels good, and build a life where it's always in reach. By focusing on curiosity and play, memory work, and flexible systems, I'm dedicated to helping folks build a life that is supportive, not stressful, so rest and joy feel possible again. My background includes years of non-profit work, mainly criminal justice reform and public safety. I hold a Bachelor of Arts, Double Major in Psych and Women & Gender Studies, and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science with an archival focus. I run a shop called The Lost Shelf, have two cats named Bill and Donna, and build Lego often. I’ve spent nearly a decade creating spacious, people-first systems that are both practical and deeply human. Along the way, I've supported people through burnout, transition, and overwhelm. Now, I bring that structure, and my lived experience, to the work of helping us remember, discover, and preserve what restores us. This workshop is a reminder that you can find wonder and lightness. You’ve done it before. You can do it again. You can navigate this world.

FAQ
Do I have to finish in 4 weeks?
No, you don’t have to finish in four weeks, but the the workshop is designed with a weekly rhythm. You can take it at your own pace. However, I’ll only be available for 1:1 messaging and weekly feedback videos for four weeks, if you go with the Guided program. That starts from your enrollment date. After that, you’re free to finish on your own within a year.
Do I have to share anything with others?
Nope, not even me if you don't want to. This is a private experience, but I do ask that you submit "assignments" each week to progress. You have the option to leave it blank if the practice is feeling too personal, or you just don't want to. If you're in the Guided program, you’ll have 1:1 support from me, but there are no group chat or forums required.
How much time will this take?
You can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes a day on the practice. Some days it may be a quick practice for you. Other days, you might want to linger. I would say - plan for about 45 to an hour daily to give yourself some breathing room, and longer if you want to go deeper — but there’s no pressure to stretch beyond what feels good. Everyone has access to this course for 1 year.
Thanks for checking this out.
